You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We have been using the water filtration system for just under 2 weeks now. We are pleased to be using the system. It was easy to set up and use. The owner's manual gives measurements in ml. I had to convert ml to ounces and found the measurements to be off. Small is more like 7 oz, medium is roughly 12 oz, and large is about 18 oz. I have found I am drinking more water. I am pleased to be giving up plastic-bottled water.
